We recommend shearing for the cutting of thinner sheets without excessive material heating

• Cutting tolerance 1mm (-0/+1mm or +/- 0.5mm) (please consult us where stricter tolerances are required)
• Unit cuts to important series

Stricter flatness can be achieved when deformation occured during cutting process

We offer laser cutting through an approved partner.

Laser cutting is particularly adapted for the cutting of thin sheets of titanium and offers the following advantages : 

• Cutting efficiency with a particularly fast cutting method 
• Precision : 0.3 to 0.5 mm cutting tolerance 
• Fiber cutting avoids material oxydation and deformation.

Additional material testing can be performed on our materials on demand 

through our approved partners: 

ultrasounds, micrography, macrography, hardness…
